For accepted papers, the corresponding author will receive the bank transfer details by email following notification of acceptance. All payments must be made by bank transfer, and participants are kindly requested to include "AMEF and your name" as the payment reference.

The registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, and conference materials.
