About the Conference

The Department of Economics of the University of Macedonia organizes the 11th International Conference on Applied Theory, Macro and Empirical Finance (AMEF), which will be held at the Department of Economics, University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece.

AMEF aims to bring together academics, professionals, researchers, young scholars, post-doctoral researchers and PhD students working in the broad areas of Economics and Finance to facilitate networking, foster collaborations, and promote the exchange of knowledge.

Since 2015

Since its first edition in 2015, AMEF has brought together academics, professionals and researchers from across Economics and Finance, hosted distinguished keynote speakers, and featured Special Issue opportunities with peer-reviewed journals.
