🚨 Abstract Submission Deadline Extended! 🚨
Due to high demand, the new abstract submission deadline is extended to February 28, 2025.


The Department of Economics of the University of Macedonia organizes the 9th International Conference on Applied Theory, Macro and Empirical Finance (AMEF), which will be held at the Department of Economics, University of Macedonia, Thessaloniki, Greece. AMEF aims to bring together academics, professionals, researchers, young scholars, post-doctoral researchers and PhD students that are working in the broad areas of Economics and Finance to facilitate networking, foster collaborations, and promote the exchange of knowledge.


Alongside a plethora of engaging topics, this year AMEF is also hosting two special sessions on:
i) The Economic Geography of a Complex World: Tracing Trends, Challenges, and Opportunities
ii) Housing Market and Housing Market Uncertainty.

Registration Deadline March 19, 2025
Conference Dates April 14-15, 2025

*For abstracts submitted after February 17, notifications of acceptance will be sent by February 28, 2025.
